The North Shore has been home for Elizabeth Vance since 1975 and she is an expert in this area.  Elizabeth grew up in Kenilworth and attended Joseph Sears and New Trier.  She has lived in four Winnetka homes in the last 25 years.  Her four children, two college graduates, and two at New Trier, have attended the exceptional Winnetka Public Schools.  This, in addition to her active involvement in the community, gives her a unique perspective with established long term relationships in the area.

Every aspect of the real estate market interests Elizabeth ; her passion is to match families with their perfect home.  She has the ability to assess what will work for her clients and she is able to assist in any renovations after the purchase.  Elizabeth’s advertising sales background and Sales Management give her a clear understanding of excellence in customer service.  Her goal is to make the process as seamless as possible from start to finish.

Elizabeth has been active in the community as a member of the Kohl Children’s Museum Women’s Board,  Sunday school Teacher at Kenilworth Union Church, a member of the Junior League North Shore, and several roles in the Winnetka PTO.  She received Autism Hero of the Year award and has attended many Autism Walks.  Elizabeth is a certified Yoga Instructor.  She enjoys walking her rescue dogs along Lake Michigan, practicing daily yoga and taking in all the North Shore has to offer.
