Marthe Nelson has been a Real Estate Broker since 1983 and brings to Coldwell Banker a wide range of experience including twenty plus years in property and facilities management with space planning and interior design skills. Marthe has a vast background in the leasing and sales of multi-family, single family, condominium, industrial, and commercial properties. For over twenty years she held the Accredited Residential Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and has served as a condominium board member for many years. Personal Background
Marthe received a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois. She raised two successful children in the New Trier school district and now enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren. She was always very active in community organizations and was also a hospital and hospice volunteer. She loves to take advantage of living in this beautiful community and spends her free time enjoying the lakeshore, Chicago Botanic Garden, playing bridge, and socializing with her family and friends.
