History:

In 1977 I started in real estate. I sold new construction for 35 years working with builders and clients helping to design and build their new home. When the market changed a few years ago, I then went to work for RE/MAX Suburban at the Arlington Heights office, and I am currently with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

My 40 years of real estate knowledge isn't just in selling and listing homes, it is working with clients to make buying and selling as easy as possible. I am able to use my experience to help my clients achieve their dreams. It is important to put my clients first, and over the years that's always been my goal.

I currently work with buyers, sellers and renters in the Chicagoland and Suburban areas. Currently working with investors who are purchasing fractured commercial and residential property in the downtown area. I am also a Certified Distress Property Expert and can help do short sales in lieu of foreclosure.
