Hi there! I am Aryelle Smith, a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty & CEO of Vida Home Solutions, a first of its kind renovation project management firm. I'm also an experienced business attorney & educator.

The name “Aryelle” means “Lion of God.” My name fits more than my mane-like hair. It aptly describes the way I fiercely advocate for my clients in every arena while demonstrating the highest level of integrity!

I first began conquering real estate problems in law school in 2012 and continued to help negotiate real estate deals throughout my time as a licensed attorney, until I finally decided to sit for the real estate broker's exam and obtained my license in mid 2023. With 15+ years of strong business and corporate experience, responsible stewardship of your time and money is in my DNA.

As an attorney, I’ve enjoyed leading hundreds of complex and routine contracts negotiations, earning and saving my clients hundreds of thousands of dollars.
