Samantha Flamand is a licensed Broker in IL & WI, servicing the western suburbs of Chicago as well as Southeast & Southern Wisconsin. She obtained her license in 2019 after a decade in the Talent Acquisition field. Samantha was born and raised in St. Charles, IL and attended college at Carroll University in Waukesha, WI. After graduation, she spent many years living in the metro Milwaukee area and still loves the Wisconsin lifestyle to this day. She resides in St. Charles, IL with her husband and their new addition, baby Mary Lou (along with their two dogs). Samantha enjoys working with buyers & sellers alike, and especially enjoys guiding first time home buyers through their exciting journey to become a homeowner.
