Brenna has been servicing real estate clients on the North Shore and beyond for over 10 years. Her love of real estate development and sales began at a young age through exposure to her family's business. McNiff Builders, is a development company lead by her father who has built over 500 homes in the area. Brenna graduated from Duke University in 2011 and prior to joining Coldwell Banker, she has held roles in retail merchandising, product development and advertising. Her varied work experience has lead to the development of skills in sales, design and marketing- all of which are essential in her day-to-day in real estate.

Brenna has overseen a wide array of transactions including first time home buyers, rehabs, "as-is" properties, new construction, estates, developable land and subdivisions. Her familiarity with home construction allows her to offer unparalleled counsel to home buyers evaluating potential properties as well as sellers of homes needing work. Brenna is familiar with the entire North Shore, its neighborhoods, schools, benefits and charm. When it comes to handling difficult negotiations and transactions, Brenna is an expert navigator and can tackle any obstacle.
