With a combined 11 years’ of industry experience, Shaughnessy and Cochran assist first-time

development opportunities. Their business spans Boston, South Shore, North Shore and Cape Cod and
continues to grow.

In 2020, Shaughnessy and Cochran both earned Coldwell Banker’s President’s Circle award for gross
commission income and together achieved more than $27.5 million in property sales, ranking amongst
the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents in New England. In 2021, they went on to achieving the International President’s Elite award, ranking among the top 3% of Coldwell Banker agents globally.
