Michelle Cooley is a full-time REALTOR with extensive experience in real estate law and a deep knowledge of Hingham and the surrounding communities. Having achieved over $52,000,000 in sales in the last few years, Michelle understands the complexities of a real estate transaction and enjoys successfully guiding clients throughout all phases of the process.

Prior to establishing herself as a top area REALTOR, Michelle worked as a real estate lawyer for several years in Boston, conducting over 1,000 real estate closings and negotiating hundreds of Purchase and Sale agreements. Interested in engaging with individuals on a more personal level, Michelle transferred her extensive skill set into a career in real estate, where she is committed to helping clients achieve their goals.

Michelle attributes her success to her experience in real estate law, market knowledge, property marketing skills, and the high level of service she is committed to providing every client. Her mission is to facilitate every transactional detail - from property selection to the closing table, while working diligently to ensure a positive experience for her clients. Her dedication is evidenced by having achieved the Coldwell Banker Diamond Award, which recognizes top 10% of agents internationally.

A North Shore native who attended The Pingree School in Hamilton, Michelle has called Hingham home since 1996. She and her husband, a lifelong Hingham resident, raised their two sons in the community. Over the past several years, she has been very active within public and private schools throughout the area. When not working, Michelle can be found engaging in seasonal activities such as relaxing on the South Shore beaches during the summer or skiing in Vermont during the winter. She also enjoys needlepoint, running and yoga.
