Before real estate, Stephanie cultivated her impeccable business acumen, deal-making and creativity in the advertising and marketing field. She began as an account executive for Hill Holliday in Boston, where she worked on the Fleet Bank and Dunkin Donuts account teams. Stephanie then transitioned into new business and brand planning for Arnold Worldwide and spent five years working with high-profile brands, such as ESPN, Tyson Foods and Ocean Spray. In that post, she landed the largest new business account in New England at the time. Stephanie pivoted to the client side after being recruited by Citizens Bank as vice president of sponsorships and promotions, a role she held for three years before joining Putnam Investments as a vice president in their advertising group.

With extensive experience working with some of the largest advertising agencies and financial institutions in Boston, Stephanie offers an approach that is both professional and accessible. She's a tenacious negotiator with a finely honed talent for marketing properties. Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Boston College and today resides in Hingham with her family and two French Bulldogs. Stephanie is an avid Boston sports enthusiast, and when she's not watching her children's games, at the rink or on the field, she can be found spending time at the local Hingham restaurants and shops, volunteering at one of the local charities and spending time outdoors. Her favorite pastime is anything involving the ocean and sand, and she considers Cape Cod her second home.
