In my previous role as a Residential Supervisor for UCP, I worked with individuals with challenges such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD. I was also an Assistant with the Board of Education working with children who have dealt with these same challenges. Both positions have enabled me to be compassionate and detail oriented with serving my client's needs and wants and this has prepared me for my current career in Real Estate sales in Calvert County, and surrounding counties in Maryland. I enjoy assisting buyers in finding their dream home, while showing my sellers how they can sell their home for the highest price and least stress possible. I will guide my real estate clients through the entire process from listing, to contract closing and everything in between. With my PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) Certification I have the tools and knowledge to assist my sellers in obtaining the best market value for their property and assisting my buyer’s in purchasing their new home with the best price. I will also assist in staging your home so we can attract the most buyers possible. All marketing for my client’s properties is full service and offered at no charge to you -- I cover all the costs.
