As a Maryland attorney for over 30 years, Tracy has seen real estate from a number of angles. During that same time, she also managed numerous and varied family real estate projects involving the purchase, sale, refinance, appraisal and rental of both residential and commercial property.

Tracy fell in love with Annapolis, and the surrounding Chesapeake Bay area, while working here in college in the 1980’s. That love led to her owing homes in Annapolis from 1999, until today, giving her a unique, personal and in-depth understanding of the area and its neighborhoods.
