I am interested in providing key real estate information to my clients so that they are able to make the best decisions to meet their own unique preferences. I received my licenses in Delaware, Maryland, DC, and Virginia to allow my clients to see a wide variety of potential locations and so I could provide the maximum flexibility in service to them. I have an MBA, a doctorate in Educational Administration, and worked for 30 years with the Government Accountability Office and NIH and so am comfortable in walking clients through the necessary paperwork. I am happy to work with clients who may need additional time to process what types of locations and places might work best for them. I understand that under certain market conditions some clients may wish to do watchful waiting, and to prepare their finances, to determine a best time to move ahead for themselves. I believe in being patient and understanding, yet will be ready to move ahead quickly with you once your decision is made and time is of the essence for successfully landing the home of your dreams!
