Yorleen grew up in Stamford, Connecticut until she moved to Baltimore in 2011 to attain her BA in Hospitality Management at Morgan State University, where she met her husband. She became fascinated with the city, the diversity of the people, and the opportunities, and now she resides in Baltimore County with her husband and 2 children. Her background in hospitality has made her passionate about providing a fulfilling customer experience in all transactions which is the focus of everything she does.

In 2016, Yorleen became the Director of First Impressions at a different brokerage where she further sharpened her skills in customer relationship management through real estate transactions. Later she became a Real Estate Executive Assistant. "As a Real Estate Executive Assistant, I have learned how to manage the nuances of real estate transactions and the importance of building a strong relationship not just with my clients, but with other key stakeholders in the real estate industry as well.

After 7+ years of experience in the real estate industry, Yorleen is now a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty (licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania). Yorleen has built her real estate career with integrity, passion, knowledge, professionalism, and calmness.
