For over a decade, I have been involved in real estate, first as an investor and manager, and later as a licensed real estate agent. I have extensive experience renovating and remodeling properties, both here in the Portland area and in New Hampshire. My decision to become an agent was based on one fact; I genuinely enjoy people. I am an extrovert with a deep love of history, architecture, and design. I am an avid gardener, foodie, cyclist, hiker, mountaineer, and intrepid traveler. Presently, I own and operate the Leonard Bond Chapman House Airbnb and manage several rental apartments with my life-partner, Nicholas Herold when not practicing real estate. As a former educator, I spent the bulk of my career teaching in schools in Malaysia, Israel, England, Hungary, and Holland -- where I purchased a home not far from Amsterdam. Born in Boston, my first teaching job was at Fryeburg Academy in Fryeburg Maine.
