Education and Training
I pride myself on being up to date on the latest industry practices, market trends and technology. I start each day by reading various real estate news and financial reports. I participate in many of the Coldwell Banker Burnet education programs and Master's Series courses, along with peer group networking, learning as much as possible from the experience of other successful industry professionals.

I have extensive knowledge of the city of Minneapolis and surrounding southwest suburbs. I am a lifelong Minnesota resident and love to search for the unique property that's just right for my clients.

I am especially knowledgeable in lakefront, golf course and large acreage properties.

Community Involvement
I am active in multiple neighborhood associations. I have been coaching youth athletics for the past 12 years, including baseball, football, basketball, soccer, softball & golf.

Personal Background
I have 25+ years in corporate America representing such companies as Nike, Titliest and Under Armour in the golf and custom apparel industries. What do these brands have that separates them from their competitors? They all produce high quality products and service, but it's their marketing approach that sets them apart. I will personally provide you the highest quality service, but my unique sales and marketing approach will set your home buying or selling experience apart from other realtors.

I work hard to serve my clients in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. If I don't know a particular area, I am skilled at quickly learning different markets and the individual aspects of an area that impact it's real estate values.

I know the south & southwest Minneapolis areas, Edina, Bloomington, Minnetonka, Wayzata, Plymouth, St. Louis Park, Richfield & Hopkins areas very well.

I also know and represent clients in the Brainerd and East Gull Lake area, some of the finest lakeshore properties in Minnesota.
