Greg Newgard is a newcomer to the real estate scene, having followed his passion and obtaining his license after years of helping friends and family with home searches locally. Born and raised in the Twin Cities, he has a vast knowledge of the unique neighborhoods and local gems that the Twin Cities has to offer. In 2015, he established roots in the South Minneapolis community, brimming with great people, historic charm, and local shops and restaurants, with close proximity to Minnehaha Creek, parks, lakes, golf courses, and trails. When he's not house hunting, you'll find him on the golf course, boating on Lake Minnetonka, or kayaking the creek to Lake Nokomis with his lovely toddler and wife.

Greg boasts 20 years of experience as a beloved teacher, most recently teaching Middle School Special Education for St. Anthony Middle School (go Huskies!).
