To me, the key to success is
relationships, relationships, relationships.

I believe, the key to success as a Professional Realtor is in developing trustful, longtime relationships with all my clients, one person at a time. Accomplishing this requires my full-time efforts, plus a great deal of attention and dedication. And based on the number of referrals I receive from clients, the level of trust being built in each relationship becomes clear.

Career Satisfaction

I particularly enjoy working with first-time buyers and sellers because I thrive on their excitement. After all, since selling and/or buying a home is usually the largest investment most people ever make, it naturally becomes an exhilarating time! I take the time to walk each client through phases of the real estate process they are about to embark on, and I make sure they fully understand the process. As a result, my clients always feel more comfortable and thoroughly enjoy the transaction. For an added level of comfort, I make sure I'm never more than a phone call away.

I work hard to meet each client's individual wants and needs, regardless of the area they want to live, their price range, or preference to style of home. My number one concern is to fulfill their wants and needs, while keeping a watchful eye on what is in their best interest.

If investment property is the interest, I fully understand the advantages and disadvantages in owning investment property because I own and operate rental property. And since my husband is in the construction and remodeling business, I have better than average knowledge when buying a newly constructed home or a home in need of repairs or improvement. It should be pointed out that buyers of new construction should still be represented by a Realtor, not the builder.
