Biography

Kate's passion for all things real estate and design are very apparent when you first meet her. It is incredibly rewarding to her to help clients find their perfect home and/or sell their existing home for the best possible price. Moving 9 times, living in 7 states and buying and selling 6 homes during those moves has afforded Kate a unique understanding of both the buyer and seller perspectives of a real estate transaction. There is nothing like personal experience to provide insight into the challenges, details and emotions for all involved with a move.

With over 10 years selling real estate in the Twin Cities, Kate has represented buyers and sellers through out the metro area, including Linden Hills, Kenwood, Lowry Hill, Lynnhurst, Downtown Minneapolis, Minnetonka, Wayzata, Saint Paul, Edina, Eden Prairie, Saint Louis Park, Hopkins and many more--wherever her clients take her!   Attention to detail, understanding clients' needs, great relationships with other realtors, patience and a sense of humor are just a few of the attributes that Kate's past clients have found so helpful.  Not to mention her love of baking and sharing her creations.

Kate and her husband, Mike, live in Kenwood.  They can be found walking around Lake of the Isles and surrounding neighborhoods, frequenting local restaurants for Saturday night date night, working in their garden and exploring all that the Twin Cities has to offer.  Kate loves what she does!

Our metro area coverage includes an office in Hudson, Wisconsin, and we serve a significant portion of western Wisconsin from that office. We also serve the greater Rochester and St. Cloud, Minnesota areas from our offices located in those towns. We are licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and can transact real estate business anywhere in those two states.
