Since 2001 in addition to helping his clients and customers with their real estate needs Dan has served as a mentor and coach for new and experienced agents in the Rochester office. He shares his knowledge and expertise so that others can succeed and thrive in their real estate careers.

His leadership resume includes serving on the local association board of directors three times, the state association board of directors twice and on the local association MLS twice. In addition he has been the local association president twice and the local association MLS president one time.

Dan's professional recognition includes being awarded the local association Realtor of the year 3 times. In 2007 Dan received the Minnesota Association Realtors "Realtor of the Year Award".

In 2007 Dan received the prestigious NRT "Spirit" award for his contributions to the real estate industry as well his service in the local community to charitable organizations and the Mayo Clinic Blood Donor program.
