About Stephanie

As your Realtor, I’m on your team, to guide you from our first meeting until you close on your property. Prompt communication, diligence and accuracy are my strong points. I intend to do such a great job for you that you’ll consider me your Realtor for life.

Buying or selling a home can be incredibly daunting. I do my best to put my clients at ease, hoping to promote a relaxed atmosphere so that the buying or selling process is less intimidating. I am completely devoted to finding out all the answers to my clients questions, making the transaction as smooth as possible. I love working with first time buyers. Helping buyers discover unique properties and searching out their perfect fit is very exciting to me.

I have lived and worked in South Minneapolis for more than 30 years and definitely consider it my home town. My husband I bought our first home almost 21 years ago near Lake Hiawatha. We're still there. We love our neighborhood, especially being able to walk our two German Shepherds and our bossy Boston Terrier along Minnehaha Creek. How lucky we are to live in Minneapolis and all the natural beauty our city has to offer!

She set up a custom search for me, and kept touching base to make sure that the search criteria matched my wants. We ended up doing a few tweaks, and there were always properties pulling that fit what I was looking for.
