I seek to put a twist on all events as well as the information being presented, simply to help the agents learn and make the lessons applicable to their everyday business. Getting independent agents started (or restarted) is what I do best! 30+ years of education and development experience has given me a special set of tools to help independent agents get on track. I feel it's my responsibility to offer a creative, educational and productive atmosphere for agents. My job and passion is being a Business Developer to the affiliated independent agents. I offer individualized development sessions, help developing a business plan, and to work with them to improve their skills that are critical to the success each of them enjoys! I truly believe in being fully involved with the affiliated independent agents and offering education and development on a daily basis. Whether a basic technology topic, a legal issue or sales necessity, every independent agent is encouraged to take advantage of the opportunities and learn something new. In addition to educational programs, agents will be offered ongoing support. Equally available are all the resources necessary to provide clients with superior service!
