Lauren won’t hesitate to tell you, for example, if she thinks your property is worth waiting to sell. It is that kind of integrity that has formed the foundation of her business.

As testimony to her reliability, some of her past clients continue to enlist her representation outside of Minnesota and Wisconsin, flying across the country to handle transactions.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending her time with her children, Cove and River, being outdoors (whether that's snowboarding, hiking, wakeboarding, gardening, or visiting restaurant patios). She appreciates art and design, loves animals, and is passionate about preserving and protecting our natural surroundings.

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE

A Minnesota native, Lauren completed a bachelor's of science degree from the University of Minnesota and earned a design degree from Accademia Italiana Arte Moda Design in Florence, Italy. She is semi-fluent in Spanish and has a vast network of South and Central American clients and agents. She continues her education today through The Institute For Luxury Homes Marketing, St. Paul Area Association of Realtors®, and the Residential Real Estate Council.

She constantly employs the latest digital marketing strategies and social media innovations to market properties on an international level. Lauren has presented many of these cutting-edge marketing strategies that she has developed for all of her clients. Lauren was selected to be certified in Smart Homes by Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate as she demonstrates to buyers and sellers her dedication to developing expertise about the technology, privacy issues, and best transition tactics to help with a smart home sale. She has become an expert in smart home technology, and smart home trends.

Additionally, Lauren was selected to be certified in Digital Marketing: Social Media program by Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, in response to her contributions as a real estate professional who devotes growth to develop expertise with social media resources and sites that are an essential part of today's digital marketing mix for the properties she represents.

PERSONAL COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

LJG places great importance on giving back to the community. She gives back a percentage of the group's real estate commission to a charity or charities chosen by the client. Lauren has donated to charities close to the hearts of their clients after every transaction, including the Midwest Health Center For Women, Safe Hands Rescue, Spots Last Stop Rescue, Ruff Start Rescue, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, National Alliance on Mental Illness Minnesota, and Friends of the Boundary Waters Wilderness.

Additionally, Lauren is active in the St. Croix Valley Area Chamber of Commerces, Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, Feed My Starving Children, MN State Parks, as well as sharing her time as a Special Education paraprofessional and substitute teacher at her local school district.
