As a high-touch Broker/Realtor, I am dedicated to creating a memorable experience for my clients. My love for real 
estate and enthusiasm for helping others began when I was 10 years old. During my teenage years, our family embarked 
on building our home. I love interacting with architects, engineers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and masons. I 
volunteered myself to help with the construction as an extra hand. Back then, all the work was done manually with hard 
labor. There were no power tools, cement mixers, fancy ladders, etc. We had to mix cement, gravel and sand manually 
using shovels. The work was intense and very exhausting, but it was more of a fun learning experience for me. I am no 
stranger to hard work to make sure the job gets done.
I am also a world traveler. As an immigrant from the Philippines, I have travelled to most Asian countries and around the 
US before I finally migrated to New Hampshire as my new home State in 2006. Filipinos are well known for our 
hospitality, strong family values, positivity, and respectfulness. Filipinos are also known for our love of art and of 
architecture. I credit this “eye for beauty” to being exposed daily to our surrounding pristine beaches and stunning 
breath-taking landscapes. I thrive in a high level of energy, passion, and detail-oriented work in every transaction for my 
clients.

• I have worked as a Residential Mortgage Originator – I’ve earned a reputation among First-time Home Buyers I
can help facilitate getting their mortgage application pre-approved especially the challenging ones who got 
denied by several banking institutions.
• I became a self-taught home designer using a computer aided-design software. Having 8+ years of experience 
using the Home Designer Pro software by Chief Architect has given me a strong toolset to create anything from 
simple home renovations designs to building a custom designed 2 Story Colonial House. 
• I have extensive academic background. Having two (2) master’s degree respectively in Business Management 
and International Business has given me a strong analytical mind for dealing with complex problems and 
difficult negotiation situations. I can create a unique blend of efficiency and creativity to provide a high-quality, 
personalized service to every person I work with utilizing my expertise in project management and in closing 
complex real estate transactions.

New England Homes is the leading manufacturer of modular homes in New England. I have been working with 
New England Homes since 2014 as one of their Independent General Contractor to service their customers and 
assist during plant visits and tours for my clients.
