We firmly believe everyone should be able to pursue the “American Dream” of owning their own home. It can take time, patience and a sense of humor, but it is one of the most gratifying life pursuits. We experienced this as a family; Changing countries a few times from Scotland to Canada and eventually landing in the US almost 40 years ago! We have made smaller moves as well; living in Boston for 15 years and Southern NH for 5 years. These moves taught us how to empathize with the stressors involved in a major life change and have given us an extensive reach with out-of-country and out-of-state real estate contacts.

We are proud of the work we do, and the effort we put forth to everyone, no matter the price point or circumstance. Whether we are selling land, waterfront, a mobile home, condo or single family, everyone gets the same level of respect and service.

Last year we sold over 43+ homes, not including land sales. Our real estate firm, Coldwell Banker Gilford, is an internationally recognized company with 49 agents and a non-competitive experienced managing broker. In 2022, we were the number #1 brokerage for both number of homes sold as well as total dollar volume. Although our driving force is not statistical information and numbers, it is important for the public to understand there is a value in working with experienced and professional agents.
