Personal Background

I was born and raised in Bergen County, making me a true lifelong resident. My husband Roger and I have been married 40 years and have three wonderful sons ....Jason, Peter and Gregg, two lovely daughter-in-laws and four grandchildren.

I have had the pleasure of selling or renting homes in many towns and counties. I will go to any town in New Jersey that suits my buyer's and seller's needs. I can also assist with out of state relocation services.

We were looking to find a summer condo townhouse at the Jersey Shore. Lynn informed us about Asbury Park and how it was really such a fun summer destination filled with unique events every weekend. She also suggested that this beach town was very hot and could possible be a smart investment.
Sure enough, we were able to purchase a bank owned condo that was just listed for a brief time so we were lucky Lynn found it when she did.
Although a little challenging with the bank owned part. We closed at end of 2016 and have enjoyed every minute of being two blocks from ocean.

Lynn knows the neighborhoods of the towns and even the personality of each of the streets. She's also very astute about how to position your house when you want to sell and she's not afraid to consult with her manager and/or other agents for their opinion on how to make your house look as attractive as possible. She's also very patient about teaching someone like myself what is necessary to do, how to hang in there even if there is little activity, etc. She's also very practical and listens well to what your goals are. I think her integrity is also of the highest. I would recommend Lynn without reservation.
