My philosophy when working with my clients is best represented by the initials in my name, Donna De Pasquale. They represent the approach that has made me successful for so long - Dedication, Determination and Perseverance. I do whatever it takes to get the job done for my clients using my strong sense of professional ethics, keen negotiating skills, creative approach to difficult situations, and resourcefulness. I have more than twenty eight years experience as a skilled negotiator with a proven ability to "get the deal done." I started out as a retail buyer which provided an opportunity to hone my negotiating skills before I became a top listing and selling Realtor who is highly respected among my peers. There are, in fact, many similarities between these two careers, most notably the ability to listen to people's needs and identify just the right product that works for them.

One of my greatest skills has been the ability to merchandize, or stage, a home in order to show it at its best. In the current marketplace, buyers are presented with many choices including a vast array of online information and photos. Their first impression is critical and may well determine whether their interest in your home carries beyond the front door. I have seen many great homes languish on the market because of poor presentation and staging. I am happy to sit down with you, make suggestions for staging, and even shop with you for specific home furnishings to enhance your homes appearance. I am your partner throughout!
