Our commitment to our industry is very important to us as well. We cross company lines and have well-established relationships with a multitude of real estate professionals from other brokerages. The Conte Schelling Team believes that amicable interactions build successful transactions. We will only tolerate ethical practices.

Our third principle, service to the community, has created a dynamic energy that allows us to support many community initiatives that ultimately affect our neighborhoods, towns, and the citizens that call them home.

In their first year, The Conte Schelling Team sold over 15M in sales, received the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award, and were awarded Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Rookie Team of the Year Award. Our principles of hard work, helping others and upholding the highest ethical standards brought us success early on.
In 2018 Conte Schelling Team closed over 28M of business and still continue to grow.
