Paula brings to Coldwell Banker considerable entrepreneurial experience as a business owner. For the past 8 years, she has operated a commercial kitchen facility for rent, in a completely restored historic barn in the heart of Long Valley. She has helped dozens of aspiring entrepreneurs to kickstart their dream culinary enterprise. Additionally, she has served customers across New Jersey for over 15 years as the owner and pastry chef at Cake Fiction - recognized in The Knot Hall of Fame for excellence in the wedding industry and its 5-star reputation with clients.

Paula has lived for 12 years in Washington Township, and she is an active member of the Garden Club of Long Valley - sitting on the board as Chair of the Hospitality Committee and as Correspondence Secretary. She is deeply involved in this popular community club, dedicated to beautifying the town's public spaces.

Her daughters have attended Old Farmers Road School, Long Valley Middle School and Gill St. Bernards.

Prior to earning her New Jersey Real Estate license, Paula received a Masters degree in Public Policy at the Sorbonne University in Paris. Her culinary education includes the Argentine Culinary Institute in Buenos Aires and the French Culinary Institute in New York City.

Paula is fluent in French and Spanish.
