Buying and selling a home whether you are a first time homebuyer or not is an emotional and stressful committment, which is why I am here to do the hard work for you and alleviate your concerns. TO SELLERS - my advertising and marketing strategies will maximize the exposure for your home and sell at highest value in shortest time. TO BUYERS - My buyer locator plan will offer you maximum options; reccommendations for financing, negotiate the purchase contract; arrange inspections; and work closely with attorneys to bring your transaction to a smooth closing.
3. CLOSE - I will oversee all the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and personally supervise the closing. Once all the paperwork is completed, signed and keys exhchanged we have accomplished your initial goal!

PERSONAL INFO:

Living in the same home, raising three children, working and volunteering in my local community, schools and church has provided me with a large spectrum of friends and acquantencses in all aspects of life. I am an honest and hard working individual who genuinely cares about the people and the community where I live.

Education is of great importance to me which is why I have been a member of my town's School Board for over 10yrs. plus, for equal length of time, holding a seat on, and currently, President of, The Rockleigh Historical Commission. I was greatly involved in both my school's PTO as well as my church's PTO, Chairing and Co-chairing multiple events over the years.

Living an active lifestyle is also very important to me which is I why I keep myself physically involved with Paddle (Platform Tennis) and Tennis year round.
