Recommendations

"I was so lucky to be referred to Amy. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, pricing, values and answered emails and phone calls without fail, whenever I needed her. She took the time to get to know us, understand what we wanted and made us a promise that she would find us a house we would love. SHE KEPT HER PROMISE. After we closed, she gave us names of local contractors to interview to help us complete the picture.
Seek out Amy, you will not be disappointed - she is the best."

-Drew Kastner, Homebuyer

“I had the pleasure of working with Amy in two real estate transactions. She is bright and energetic and always up to the task at hand. When Amy says she is going to do something, she follows through in a timely manner. It was truly a pleasure working with her.”

–Greg Damis, Certified New Homes Specialist.

"I had a very good professional experience with Amy. Amy was very patient with me and found properties in the price range I required. There's less inventory which makes it more of a challenge.
We saw many properties and some I had wanted but Amy's vast knowledge allowed me to see the whole picture. Her background is quite impressive. She knows the area, she knows replacement costs, and clearly sees areas in a house that may need attention.
It took me many months to find my home, but I'm loving every moment. I believe Amy listens to what the customer says and reads between the lines and delivers where I missed a point.
I recommend her highly. She has a fantastic work ethic."

-Michael McCool, Homebuyer

Personal Background

Amy lives with her husband and two young children in Collingswood. She previously worked as a hospital social worker for 20 years, guiding clients through many difficult life experiences. Amy grew up in a family of professional tradesmen, inspiring her interest in homes at a young age. While working as a social worker, she nurtured this interest by rehabbing homes in the Philadelphia area. “I feel that real estate is a perfect marriage of my desire to help people and my knowledge and passion for homes.”
