Ms. Singh has been a Sales Associate for 20+ Years. Century 21 Worden & Green has recently closed their doors and has been acquired by Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. Coldwell Banker is a subsidiary of Realogy Corp. Ms. Singh will continue her career from this point forward as a Coldwell Banker sales associate.

Ms. Singh was the top producing commercial agent for Century 21, which had also been the number one Century 21 office in the state of New Jersey for twenty years. She was the number one(1) commercial agent in the United States for the year 2010, and has been among the top three (3) agents in the (CIN) for the past two(2) years (over 3000, offices in the USA). For over seventeen (17) years, Ms. Singh has excelled in the Commercial Division, specializing in the sales of investment properties as well as the sale and leasing of medical and professional space. Over the past two and a half years, Ms. Singh has sold and leased over half a million square feet of medical, dental, and surgery center space.

A lifetime member of the Century 21 Centurion Honor Society, Ms. Singh, is the recipient of the Grand Centurion Award for 2010 as well as the 2015 and 2016, Costar Power Broker Award for leasing.

Ms. Singh is the leasing agent for many premier buildings from Parsippany to Forked River. Towns included but not limited to are as follows: Somerset, North and South Brunswick, Princeton, Somerville, Freehold, Monroe, East Brunswick, Wall Township, Cedar Knolls, Howell, Freehold, and Whippany. She works extensively with various builders and developers in the state. Previously Ms. Singh had been representing Seth Yaroni, President of Raritan Pointe, on his redevelopment project in South Amboy. She has a highly specialized knowledge of the necessities and requirements of the medical and pharmaceutical professions. Her expertise has enabled her clients to locate offices that are tailored to suit their needs as well as helping them to grow in their practices. Ms. Singh provides a full service program in which makes her clients move a stress-free, positive experience.

Two of the buildings in particular deserve recognition, the first building of 59,000 +/- SF, in which Ms. Singh brought together the Seller and Owner/Investor for 2 Worlds Fair Drive in Somerset, New Jersey, one of the largest orthopedic centers in Central New Jersey. University Orthopedics, the owner/investor has locations in Somerset, Princeton and Wall Township. The 2nd building is 1225 McBride Avenue, Woodland Park, NJ which is 185,000 +/- Square Foot Medical/Professional building, Ms. Singh has been re­tained to market.

Ms. Singh has recently been retained by Gordon New Brunswick Urban Renewal, LLC for a five story, 110,000 square foot professional office located on Jersey Avenue in New Brunswick which will offer relief from the congestion of the downtown area and 254 parking spaces available on the site. She has tremendous connections to the pharmaceutical and medical industry. Singh adds, that they expect there will be interest from national and local pharma and biotech companies due to the area becoming a hub for these types of firms, making it easier to find well matched employees. The proximity of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Saint Peters Medical Center, and Somerset Medical Center makes this location ideal for anyone in the medical field. On the international front Ms. Singh is working with a hospital and investor group that are planning to expand into India.

Another project that Ms. Singh is currently working on is, Raritan River Landing Located in South Amboy, New Jersey. This project will consist of a 46,000 Square Foot medical and professional building with 214 residential units and office space. This new development will have beautiful views of the Raritan Bay and the resident and workers will have all the pleasures of living and working in a city with a small town, turn-of-the-century atmosphere.

One project took on a special meaning for Ms. Singh. She represented the buyers of 240 Centennial Avenue, in Piscataway New Jersey, a 20,000 +/- square foot building that became the Gayatri Chetna Center. She worked on the project from its inception to the opening. Ms. Singh states “It was a challenge to find a property for them, but it gives me great satisfaction to see the property rebuilt along with the joy the founders of the center have as they realized their dream to create a center dedicated to the development of divine qualities in mankind”. Their principles are simple living and high thinking. This is something Ms. Singh strongly believes in.
