Barbara VanLiew (formerly Van Nostrand)

I am a life-time resident of Montgomery Township in Somerset County, New Jersey and have enjoyed watching the Township grow and prosper. My two children and I are graduates of the Fabulous Blue Ribbon School System.

I received my real estate license in 2004 and worked as a Sales Agent part time while I was employed as a real estate paralegal for a mid-sized law firm. My experience handling residential and commercial transactions at the law firm was the perfect segue to my becoming a full time real estate agent. In 2005 I began my full-time career at Century 21 Worden & Green, which was the highest producing Century 21 office in the State of New Jersey for over 30 years. My association with Ken Worden has given me the opportunity to assist my clients in buying and selling residential and commercial real estate as well as assisting Mr. Worden in running the Century 21 Franchise and handling over 500 transactions. In 2017, Century 21 Worden & Green was sold to Coldwell Banker Realty and Mr. Worden asked me to come with him as he was about to shift his focus into 100% sales. I now work with him as a partner in the Ken Worden Group at Coldwell Banker Realty.

In this role, I also am the Transaction Manager of The Ken Worden Group and handle all details and aspects of the Contract from Start to Finish
