Kacy moved from Hoboken to Chatham with her young family in 2015 and has since fallen in love with all this town has to offer. She has a strong desire to make her home, your home and is excited to do so as part of the Winter Berger Team.

Kacy is a former teacher and school administrator, having served as the Director of an Abbott Preschool Program and the Vice Principal at a private institution in Hoboken. The skills honed during her education career make her a successful and accessible real estate agent, and she loves working with families, which made Real Estate a natural next step. Kacy prides herself on communication, dedication, and transparency, and she will work tirelessly to ensure that you are satisfied.

During her time in Chatham, Kacy has purchased and remodeled two homes. In doing so, she has developed a passion for home improvement and decorating, which she applies to both buying homes, when helping clients envision “what could be,” and also selling them, when helping to stage homes to make them appealing to prospective buyers.

As Kacy is part of an established team, her clients benefit from a new realtor’s drive to succeed, as well as the knowledge, experience and expertise of Monica Berger and Kristin Winter, who have been top producing agents since 2014, and have won the prestigious Coldwell Banker Realty International President’s Circle Team Award.

Kacy grew up in Springfield, NJ and is now raising her two children here in Chatham where they attend the award-winning schools, and are involved in various sports and clubs in the area. As such, she has intimate knowledge of all that this area has to offer. She also has specific knowledge of activities geared toward young children, having been a teacher at a local preschool for the past four years.
