During more than thirty years in the real estate field I have had experience in nearly every aspect of the business, including a leadership role in representing the interests of residents and owners before local officials at various municipal and county forums. I have both lived in Montclair and currently own a home in-town. Throughout my career in real estate I have been active in Montclair community affairs. I'm a former member and chairperson, Landlord/Tenant Housing Advisory Committee; past President, Montclair Property Owners Association; former member Pine Ridge Senior Housing Oversight Committee, as well as the Montclair Housing Commission. I believe that the most valuable contribution I can bring to a real estate transaction is my extensive understanding of the suburban Essex area - both its residential characteristics and its social dynamics.
