Personal Background

• 1968 Graduated from Immaculate Conception High School, Montclair. All -State basketball leads to basketball scholarship St. Peter's College.
• 1972 Graduated from St. Peter's with marketing management major. Bad knees cut short basketball career. Knicks' loss-Real Estate's gain.
• 1973 Married Christine Burke-ICHS sweetheart.
• 1974 Blessed with first son, Buddy. (he received 5 life-sized basketballs at Christening).
• 1981 Bought first home with mortgage interest rate of 16%!
• 1986 Blessed with second son, Johnny-worth waiting for!
• 1990 Moved to our second home (buying and selling takes expertise)
• 1997 BUDDY graduates from Parson's School of Design with fine arts degree (years of basketball gyms have turned to art museums and galleries). JOHNNY learns to ride a bike after 5 years of effort (defying all therapeutic predictions, always positive, he state "I'm a quick learner!"
• 1998 Silver Wedding Anniversary
• 2003 Two important mergers-Schweppe/Burgdorff and Buddy becomes engaged to Dawn Deschak
• 2005 Sold Dawn and Buddy a home. Parenting at its highest level!
• 2006 Chris and I become grandparents, Luke Richard. Grandparenting is as great as advertised!
• 2010 Blessed with 2nd grandson, William Patrick

Okay, where do I begin? 30 years ago, June 16, 1979, to be exact. I got my real estate license and I am as excited to help you now as I was then, maybe more.
