Rosaria was born in New York, lived in Italy for a while, and then her family returned to the US and settled in NJ. Rosaria excelled in school, and her love of Math and proficiency in Accounting served her well when she became Vice President and Controller of an electrical construction company in NJ. Always a numbers person, Rosaria now analyzes the facts and her skills and experience provide her real estate clients with the necessary perspectives when selling or buying a home. Because of the many years in her former job, Rosaria developed the knowledge to diplomatically interact with many different people and cultures. This position also prepared Rosaria to be a strong and effective negotiator as well. Now a real estate agent since 2008, Rosaria truly loves real estate and that is evident in her interaction with her clients and the support she provides to them even in the most challenging of situations. Involved in fundraising activities for Alex's Lemonade Stand (childhood cancer).

Involved in fundraising activities in the central Jersey area for the Alex Foundation (Avian Learning Experiment - research into the cognitive and communicative abilities of African Grey parrots), founded by Dr. Irene Pepperberg. The methods used in this research are used in some programs to help people with autism.

Involved in fundraising activities for Dr. Branson Ritchie for his research into stopping PDD (proventricular dilatation disease), a deadly avian disease.
