Personal Background

Married to Susan, a Brooklyn girl, for almost 46 years. We have 3 children who went through the Glen Rock School System:

Meredith a Graduate of Hobart & William Smith Colleges earned a Masters Degree from Yale University and is now working in Juneau Alaska as Executive Director of SouthEast Alaska Conservation Council (SEACC) in water & forest management;

Stephanie, a Graduate of The School of Art at Hartford University, is an award winning Graphic Artist and a Senior Designer with 'Design Within Reach' in Stamford Connecticut; and

Gregory who joined Americorps after high school and worked rebuilding homes in New Orleans & Mississippi, and then as a National Forest Service Wildland Fire-fighter in the Northwest, is in Philadelphia, and founding and Executive Director of the Philadelphia Community Corps, a 203C Non-Profit Organization.

Although most of my corporate working career has been based in NYS and NYC, I'm a "NJ Boy" having been born in Newark, raised in Belleville, lived in Nutley, went to Rutgers, The State University; and we made our home in Glen Rock for 33+ years, and are now "down-sized" and in Hawthorne NJ for the last 10+ years.
