Education and Training

I joined Coldwell Banker in February of 1995.
In 2001, I obtained my Brokers license which enables me to manage or own a real estate company.
I continually attend training seminars to improve my skills and increase my knowledge of real estate.

New construction and resales of single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, investment properties, and building lots. Listening to you and understanding what your needs and desires are. Recognizing and pointing out potential red flags before they come up when selling or buying real estate.

Community Involvement

Served as Treasurer and President of my homeowner association from 1998 -2005. Assistant Soccer coach on my sons team. I dressed up as Frosty the Snowman for the annual town parade from 1999-2015.

Personal Background

I have been working full time with Coldwell Banker since 1995 and have had over 400 closings in my career.
My skills, experience, and know how in real estate have enabled me to consistently be one of the best at what I do. I have lived in New Jersey for over 40 years. I know the area. I'm married and we have a son and a daughter.
