As a licensed real estate agent with the Maplewood, NJ office of Coldwell Banker Realty, Carolanne Nicole Rice services buyers and sellers at all price points in Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset and Union County, where she also resides in Mountainside. Previously on the leadership team for two national brokerages as their Director of Agent Services, she also brings a wealth of local real estate knowledge and marketing expertise to the table, along with her passion for serving others and helping them achieve their goals. Prior to Real Estate, she worked as a Financial Analyst, Consultant, and an Emergency Telecommunicator – yes, that is a fancy word for a 911 Dispatcher!

NEGOTIATION: Successful negotiation skills are vital in a transaction, as Carolanne would do so in the best interest of her clients and their needs.  As a 911 Dispatcher, her negotiating skills has even saved a life!  She is calm, cool and collected under pressure, and committed to doing whatever it takes to help her clients succeed from start to finish.

ANALYTICAL: With her experience as a Financial Analyst, she studied trends and interpreted, created, and presented reports – similar skills she now uses as a well-informed real estate agent in today’s sellers’ market. These are skills that an agent needs to help clients find the right property and/or get the best price

HONESTY AND EMPATHY: Carolanne is honest, sometimes telling clients things they may not want to hear, hardworking, and knowledgeable about the real estate industry.  She looks at all clients uniquely and does what it takes to guide them from point A to B during their transaction process.

SHE BELIEVES IN GIVING BACK

Carolanne takes delight in leading her American Diabetes Association Team, Free Birds, for their annual Tour de Cure 5k, including planning and executing fundraisers.  During the year, she volunteers at her local church with events such as Christmas Outreach, Tim Tebow’s Night to Shine and LOVE Week, all which place her into the community to serve those in need AND all which hold a very special place in her heart. 

IN HER FREE TIME

Carolanne enjoys spending time with her nine siblings and being an Aunt to 13 of her ‘little loves’.  She also finds joy and peace taking in the beautiful weather on long nature walks and bike riding in many of the breathing taking areas of New Jersey.
