Many years ago I worked as a chauffeur for a limousine company.  It was my job to get people to their destination, and make sure they enjoyed themselves along the way.  Well, now years later, I’m still doing just that- except now, every day, I’m guiding my clients through the world of Real Estate.    

My passion for Real Estate and my compassion for my clients is my winning combination. With a background in sales, management, and healthcare I am detail oriented and well versed in time management, organization, and customer service.  Determined to find just the right place for every one of my clients, I listen and help them define their dream of home ownership and together we set out to make that dream a reality.  Yes, there may even need to be some hand holding along the way but seeing the excitement at the closing, makes it all worth it.   

Caring about where I live, I make time to serve on the board of my condo development. My neighbors often see me walking my dog or outside gardening. I also devote time to various charities including animal rescue groups, National Purple Heart Hall of Fame, St. Jude and have recently joined my Coldwell Banker family in supporting a local charity, Friends of Karen.
