I use tools that vet homes to bring you properties that meet your criteria. I have access to homes not yet advertised, allowing you see properties before other buyers have access to them. Through social media, I spread the word about what you're looking for in a new home, offering you an army of friends, fans and realtors all on the lookout for your new home.

Ann Rigling is a whirlwind of high energy and contagious enthusiasm: Her glass always half-full; her effort always 100%. Within a year of a career change in her 40s, RealtorGirl was at the top of her new profession, a member of both the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Club and the Cincinnati Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence.

My specialty is finding unique housing opportunities, particularly in the region's established, trendy, and up-and-coming neighborhoods. I love finding nifty houses in neat neighborhoods...houses that, behind the front doors, offer the unexpected extras, pleasant surprises, and amenities that make them real finds.

My real estate career started in Marketing, as Coldwell Banker West Shell's Marketing Coordinator. I became licensed after about a year on the job. I am passionate about my job and love coming to work every day.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor, I had a 20-year career in marketing, development, and sales that included leadership management in Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. Along the way, I volunteered for everything from PTO President to Park Board Trustee to raising money for playground equipment.

My favs: My sons, running, staying fit, volunteering, staying connected with friends in person and on social media, being RealtorGirl, and helping my clients sell their homes and by new homes.
