Kat has been licensed in real estate since 2001. Before she became a full-time real estate consultant, she worked in the healthcare field. While in graduate school at Ohio State, she worked for a clinical trial where she focused on helping cancer patients navigate complex treatment options, follow through with recommended treatment plans and make decisions that would improve their disease outcomes. Later in her career Kat worked as a Senior Analyst for a health care media company studying the impact of in-office patient educational programs within physician offices. The common thread among these opportunities was the challenge to improve patient experiences, and ultimately to impact health outcomes.

Her real estate practice is no different: Kat’s mission is to provide a truly exemplary experience to every client by providing solid, data driven insights, a strong knowledge of market conditions and a true passion for helping her clients achieve their goals.
