Patrick McCarthy was born in Youngstown, Ohio and graduated from Ursuline High School in 1965.He went on to graduate from Youngstown State University in 1973 in Retail Merchandising.

Patrick has been married for 38 years to his wife, Dee has three children, Elizabeth, Billy and Mollie…and has a terrific black Lab, Duke. His 90 year-old mother in law, whom they all call “Sissy”, lives with them as well.

Patrick got into Real Estate through his love of people and has a far-reaching circle of friends.He volunteers all during the year, but is known particularly for his good works during the six-week Lenten season, as the Prep Cook and Matre De, at the St. Joan of Arc church fish fry.

Patrick has been involved in New Homes and Condo Division of Coldwell Banker King Thompson, and has been awarded the Individual Top Listing Agent for 2008. Patrick attained his Integrity Selling Specialist accreditation in 2006, his Certified Sales Professional (CPS) in 2008 and his Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) in 2006. Currently, he is involved in luxury custom home sales for Romenelli & Hughes in Dublin, Ohio.

Patrick’s philosophy is to “don’t let the deal die on your side” and is determined to help his buyers and sellers achieve their goal of homeownership!
