While Stuart Delves is relatively new to Coldwell Banker, he is very familiar with chasing the American Dream. Stuart came to the US from Dublin Ireland in the 90’s looking to use his charismatic personality in the restaurant and bar business-with dreams of owning his own business.

After successfully owning and operating several restaurants in the New York City area, he moved to Central Pennsylvania to take advantage of a beautiful place to enjoy mountain biking and the outdoors, spend time with his family and oversee a restaurant in downtown Harrisburg.

After dedicating himself to the highest levels of customer service in his experiences managing, he decided to apply the vast connections he had established over the years to sales. He was able to become the top salesperson at McCafferty Kia and enjoyed many years of success forging relationships with repeat customers. After being interested in the real estate business for many years, he decided to join the Ferris team in 2018 with his long time friends, Josiah and David Ferris.
