My last name "van den Heuvel" in Dutch means "of the Hill".

I am very proud of my Dutch Heritage. My Grandfather Garritt van den Heuvel came to Western PA from Holland in 1918. The leading principle that has been passed down through our family from that time forward is to work hard and never give up.

I have had my Real Estate License for multiple years and have produced back-to-back Multi-Million dollar years along with receiving the Customer Quality Service Award each of those years.

My Wife (Lisa) and I have been married and living in SW PA for over 30 years. We raised 2 children (Leah and Fred III). We live on 45 acres in a ranch home with our two English Pointers Remo and Eden, our Outdoor Cat Bootsie is the one who is really in charge!

In 2015 (currently renewing) I was granted a U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret Security Clearance. This level of clearance can only be obtained by individuals as a result of an extensive financial and criminal background check.

I have been working in IT for over 35 years negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar opportunities for Hardware and Software Companies across many Fortune 500 Companies and U.S. Government Divisions. I will use this professional business experience to negotiate on your behalf, whether it is the Buying or Selling of your home, land, farm or executive estate.

I have been buying, selling, developing and managing several personal and recreational properties over the last several years. I wish to use my land management and development experience to help sellers and buyers of homes, land, farms and executive estates achieve their own personal goals.
