Sam Kalbach is a licensed agent for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Wyomissing office. Sam is an expert in Berks County and surrounding areas, including Lancaster, Lehigh Chester and Schuylkill Counties.

Sam enjoys working with all types of clients, but especially enjoys helping first-time home buyers realize their dream of home ownership. Prior to real estate Sam enjoyed a long career in the construction industry, owner and operating his own successful business. This experience uniquely equips Sam with the expertise needed and strong work ethic required to work on behalf of his clients best interests.

Sam is an active member with the Masonic Fraternity as well as Rajah Shrine. He is also a proud father and grandfather to two daugthers and five grandchildren, in addition to being happily married for 34 years.
