I own my own staging company that I can use to stage my clients homes depending on the need, which could be anything from a completely empty shell to a magazine cover ready home and everything in-between. I can do this at no additional cost to my clients because I own my own inventory. The brokerage fee is 6% of the purchase price. That covers both sides of the buying and selling transaction brokerage fees.
