I grew up in the small town of Big Bear Lake, Ca enjoying skiing in the winter and trips to the beach in the Summer, but my favorite vacations were always those weeks we spent time in our family cabin right on the border of Zion National Park. My parents and grandparents built this cabin in the 1970’s and it was the origination of some of my most special family memories. We spent our time hiking, exploring the forest for arrowheads, spotting animals, discovering cool rocks and just enjoying the magical land of Zion. It has always held a special place in my heart. As I grew and started a family of my own, we continued to create these memories with our children, and every visit became harder and harder to leave. Finally, in 2020 my husband, Alex and I decided to make Zion our home. 

Alex and I decided to start a vacation rental business here after many requests from friends and neighbors, so in the end of 2020, we decided to go for it! With Alex’s background as a Physician Assistant and my experience teaching elementary school, we completely pivoted, and have created our successful business that we love, My Zion Vacation, managing 25 vacation rentals on the East side of Zion. It just made sense that our next step was to begin our venture as real estate agents. We are so excited to be part of the Adobe team in Kanab and hope to help others be true to their hearts and make Zion their home too!
