He is licensed in DC and Virginia and has worked with clients and properties in all price ranges, first-time homebuyers to investors, studio condos to multi-million dollar estates, and everything in between.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Ajay is a longtime local who has lived in the DMV for over 20 years. Ajay earned a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Virginia and started his career at Bank of America, where he advised high-net-worth clients on their investment portfolios. He worked in the finance industry in many capacities prior to entering real estate – in asset management, banking, venture capital, and financial planning and analysis. His extensive background differentiates him as a trusted advisor who can navigate the complexities of both the financial and real estate markets, ensuring his clients make informed, strategic decisions with confidence. This coupled with his technical acumen, local expertise, and dedication to going above and beyond make him a true asset to his buyers and sellers.
