More about Marc Roseman

Born in Montreal, Marc has lived in Los Angeles, New York and now calls Seattle Home. With a degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University in Montreal and a degree in Apparel Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan, Marc worked as a sales and marketing executive in the fashion industry (Quiksilver, Alpinestars). Marc spent two years working for Corcoran Real Estate in Manhattan before moving to Seattle. As a leader in the greater Seattle real estate market with the most advanced technological tools, resources and national and international recognition, Coldwell Banker Bain was a natural fit.

From first contact through closing and beyond, Marc partners with clients as their real estate advocate. Understanding the complex nuances of accurate pricing, positioning, marketing and negotiating, he is fully aware of their needs and concerns. His real estate clients have come to rely on his dedication to meeting their needs and goals.

Marc is a member of Coldwell Banker Bain’s Broker Council and is member of the National Association of Realtors. He enjoys a reputation of having the highest ethical standards and as such serves as a member of the Seattle King County Realtor Ethics & Grievance Committee. He prides himself on unparalleled service and unmatched professionalism.

Marc has three children who live in Manhattan, Charleston, and Newport Beach. He enjoys skiing, paddle boarding and hiking- “anything outdoors”. Museums, photography and sketching have always been passions for him. As an animal lover, there were always 3 dogs in his home when his kids were growing up.

Marc volunteers at the Seattle Union Gospel Mission, Search and Rescue and the Lunch Buddies Program.
